Self-care

One of the most important things you can do for you and those you love is take care of you now. We must not see the act of caring for ourselves as selfish. Caring for yourself is anything but selfish, because when you have your health--mental and physical health--you can be there for others.


A few adjustments in caring for ourselves can make a difference (concerning there are no major health issues).


  1. Balanced diet

  2. Enough sleep

  3. Exercise

  4. Watching what you take in through your eyes and ears. "Garbage in, garbage out."

  5. Surrounding yourself with positive people.

  6. Lots of laughter.
